Monitor the business activity recorded in your Maximizer data by means of unscheduled alerts, scheduled reports, and web page dashboards.  Control the business activity response to your data by means of instructions delivered to people internal and external to your organization.  Have those alerts, reports and instructions delivered automatically by email, or for visibility deliver by SMS text messages, or even instant messaging.

Standard Maximizer Workflow Automation is licensed to monitor and control your main Maximizer database.  Licensing options exist to monitor additional Maximizer databases, and to add monitor incoming email.  Maximizer CRM 11 Enterprise Edition includes Maximizer Workflow Automation “Lite” already – a simplified edition.
