How do I add new users?

If you need to add any additional users, simply drop us an email with the full name and email address of the user you would like to add and the date you would like them added from, we will them either add them to your monthly invoice or if you pay annually, we will send you a new invoice (pro-rated to your renewal date)

What happens if I have any questions or want to make any changes after my system Go Live?

If you are a supported user and you have any ‘How Do I?’ questions following training we can assist you under your support agreement. You can either be trained on how to make your own changes to the database or if you want us to make changes to your database after Go Live simply let us know and we can discuss your requirements.
